Frequently asked questions
Is Zzmove free for students?
Yes. Downloading and using the app is free. You only pay for the classes you book at the price the instructor sets. No subscriptions, no surprises. If you find a class for €8, you pay €8. If you book 5 classes in a week, you pay for those 5 — nothing more.
How do I pay for a class?
By card or Apple Pay / Google Pay directly from the app. Payments are processed by Stripe — the same provider Shopify, Doordash and Substack use — so we never store your card. Stripe stores it with bank-grade encryption. Your booking is confirmed instantly and you get a QR code to show at the door.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes, up to 4 hours before the class starts with a full refund. After that window cancellations close — the spot rolls to the waitlist and the instructor still gets paid. You can cancel from the booking screen in one tap.
What if the instructor cancels the class?
We refund 100% automatically, no need to ask. You get a push notification and an email the moment the instructor cancels. The refund hits your card in 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
Does it work in my city?
We launch across Spain in Q2 2026 — the app is nationwide from day one. If there are no instructors in your area yet, download anyway: we'll notify you when the first one appears. We build instructor density city by city via a referral program.
Is my data protected?
Yes. We comply with GDPR and Spain's LOPDGDD. Your data lives on Google Cloud servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We don't sell data to third parties, we don't use third-party tracking (no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel), and you can request full account deletion from Settings → Privacy. Details in our privacy policy.
How do I get in touch if there's a problem?
Write to soporte@zzmove.app and we reply within 24 business hours (usually much sooner). You can also open a ticket from the app in Settings → Help. For urgencies during a class (instructor no-show, safety issue), there's a red support button right on the booking screen.
